Each week Mineral Wells Church of God pastor, Jerrel Tomlin, delivers a player of the week award to a Mineral Wells Varsity football player.

For week 4, Kayden Montalvo was given the award for his 2nd PotW this season.

Against Quinlan Ford, Montalvo had several big runs, leading to over 100 yards rushing on the day and added a 75 yard TD reception to his total.
