Each week Mineral Wells Church of God pastor, Jerrel Tomlin, delivers a player of the week award to a Mineral Wells Varsity football player.

For week 2, Kayden Montalvo was given the award.

Against Iowa Park, Kayden had 2 touchdown runs, and a sack to help lead the Rams on to a 36-6 victory.

The Rams will host Iowa Park this week for Homecoming at 7pm in Ram Stadium.
