The Mineral Wells Varsity, JV, and 9th grade football teams have been waking up early and going to work to prepare for the 2024 football season.

These young men start arriving at 6 AM to prepare for a prompt 6:30 AM start.

Day 1 and 2 are helmet only practices to help acclimate to the heat. Day 3 players will transition into shoulder pads and we will see them in fully padded practices by day 5 (Friday).

Come out and watch the boys get to work this Saturday, August 10th at 8AM for Varsity and JV and Freshmen at 8:45 AM for our first open to the public practice.

The Rams have their first scrimmage on August 15th at Peaster High School and host their final scrimmage here at Ram Stadium on August 22nd.

The first regular season game is August 30th against FWISD Polytechnic High School at Herman Clark Stadium.
