The Mineral Wells Rams baseball team notched their first district win over Glen Rose Wednesday 1-0.

A dominant pitching performance from Braeden Wells pushed the Rams into a 0-0 tie with Glen Rose in the 6th inning. Wells was relieved by Ben Bullock who was able to claim the win and finish the shut out.

The 7th inning walk-off started with a nice hustle play from Owen Gadd who beat out a throw at first. He then stole 2nd.

A perfect sacrifice bunt was executed by Curry Crouch to push Gadd to 3rd.

The next 2 batters were walked to load the bases with 1 out.

The final batter of the inning was hit by the pitch to give the Rams a walk off district win.

The Rams are 1-1 in district.
