A strong 2nd quarter was not enough for the Ram offense as they fall to 2-3 on the season after a 21-42 loss to Godley.
The first quarter's only score happened on a 12 yard TD run from Godley to make the score 7-0.
The Rams would respond in the 2nd quarter with a big 31 yard TD run from Jackson Hicks to even up the scoring at 7-7. Godley would later finish off a TD drive with a short 2 yard run. The Rams would answer with a big pass for 46 yards to Jackson Hicks to even up the scoring again at 14. The Wildcats would once again respond with an 8 yard TD pass to give them a 21-14 lead heading into the half.
Godley would score once more in the 3rd quarter to push the lead to 14-28 as the game headed into the final quarter.
The Ram offense would not give up, scoring on a 39 yard pass from Javon Johnson to Jaidun Fisher to pull within 1 score. Godley would score 2 more times to end the game 21-42.
