The Mineral Wells Rams Varsity Baseball team opened up district play at Glen Rose on Tuesday Night.

The Rams were lead by strong defense and timely hitting to pull out the 3-0 shut out.

Holden Herring pitched 6 2/3 innings with 13 Strikeouts.

Kord Henry landed a double and Hayes Hering added a single and RBI in the win.

Mineral Wells is 1-0 in district.

The Rams return home Friday Night to face Glen Rose at 7:00 PM.
